It was VERY SPECIAL time in West Palm Beach. The hotel was incredibly beautiful and located in an outstanding area. Our rooms at this place were lovely romantic with great views. Every staff member was super friendly and affable.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern and eclectic décor. The staff here definitely exceeded my expectations, going above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I really appreciated the attention to detail and personal touch they offered. The location was also fantastic - right in the heart of everything! The rooftop bar and restaurant were breathtaking, with a stunning view of the skyline. I also loved the luxurious amenities in the room and the extra-large bath towels were a great touch. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and luxurious stay.

It was in the central location in the middle of jackson. A cool bonus was nearby Rh Rooftop Restaurant, that offered tea and coffee. The beds were extremely comfy, the room was modern with great views...

This hotel is amazing! The staff is friendly and professional. The location is central with easy access to beaches and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The shower is fantastic. You'll love the contemporary décor and concrete roof. The rooftop pool and restaurant are outstanding. It's a great place to stay when visiting the city.

The hotel requires a deposit for bar bills and damages, which can be a lot of money taken out of your bank account.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always making sure I felt comfortable. The facilities were fantastic, especially the rooftop deck with great views of the city, and the food and drinks were excellent. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, with modern and stylish decor. I also appreciated the free parking and easy transportation options nearby. The breakfast was delicious and included a variety of tasty options.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the friendly and professional staff who made sure our stay was special. The location was central and easy to reach local restaurants and attractions. We also loved the outstanding rooftop pool and restaurant with a great view of the city skyline. the extra large bath towels and filtered water/crushed ice machine were greatly appreciated.

We had to pay a deposit for bar bills which was refunded at the end of our stay, but it was a lot of money taken out of our bank account for our 20-day stay. The valet parking charge was also quite high at $30 per day.

Everything! Excellent service, attentive staff, modern decor, delicious food, great location.

Couldn't fault anything.
